Forgot to take the camera to Edinburgh but spent all the time in the office anyway.

A tour of the coast (Piran) and the mountains (Bled) each about one hour's drive from Ljubljana: here.

Some earlier photos of Bled here, when I could hardly tell I was in the mountains because of the mist all round.

New camera is fun.

Rushing now as have to get to Kosovo by the weekend.

Wow what a changed place!

Had a really good time in Kiev, helped by lots of luck. The weather was warmer, my friends were all there, and I managed to meet everyone I needed to. An extra bonus: I spotted one of my best friends in Vilnius, who I haven't seen for a couple of years now, was sitting in the front row of the Philharmonia on Saturday night. She was also working in Kiev!
