These biscuit packets seemed irresistible in the shop. The picture of mother (or maybe grandma, but she isn’t in black) and daughter mixing the biscuits in a big bowl in the open air seemed so convincing that they were going to be good.
And so they were, the orange ones very orangey and the savoury ones (thyme and lemon and peppers) rather peppery. I had to eat them up quick once the packet was open. Unfortunately some were broken, but this gave another excuse to finish them off.
Even the bag itself, with its foil lining, was satisfactorily bulging.
